Hi I’m Denise, a Fit Foodie excited to motivate and give hope to busy families who are struggling with how to stay healthy. I would love to show you a fun, efficient, holistic approach to preparing nutritious meals that everyone in your family will enjoy.
My approach is simple - start with the Mom, the hub of the family. The one who typically carries the responsibility of keeping their husband, kids and themselves healthy.
My creative solutions that are come from my medical training as a registered nurse, love of food, along with my training as a yogi and the holistic approach to I take to living and staying healthy.
