Ingredients
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 pear
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice (Trader Joe’s fresh not from concentrate)
  • 1 large orange or 3 small Clementine oranges
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
  • Mint – optional
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy.
  2. Sprinkle with chia seeds or ground flax seeds for an extra nutritional boost!
  3. Enjoy!
