Ingredients
  • ½ cup parsley leaves, packed
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves, packed
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp Harissa (substitute: Sriracha or other hot sauce)
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 3 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in the food processor and puree until smooth.
