1 6-oz can of frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2-3 Tbs chipotle chiles and juice from 8-oz can of Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce
2 Tbs honey
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic, minced
⅓ cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 Tbs fresh lime juice
½ tsp salt or to taste
2 Tbs grapeseed oil
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
