Asian Dressing

- 6 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbs sesame oil
- 4 Tbs tamari soy sauce
- 3 Tbs lemon juice
- fresh ginger
- chili pepper flakes
- garlic
- Put all ingredients in a jar with a lid and give a good shake. Dress salad just before serving. Make a double batch to make both salads.
