- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 pear
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1 cup of pineapple juice (Trader Joe’s fresh not from concentrate)
- 1 large orange or 3 small Clementine oranges
- 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
- Mint – optional
- Blend all ingredients and enjoy.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds or ground flax seeds for an extra nutritional boost!
