Oven-Roasted Broccoli with Lemon Recipe

Oven-Roasted Broccoli with Lemon

Ingredients
  • 1 pound broccoli, trimmed into small florets
  • 1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Lemon wedge
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place broccoli florets in oven-safe pan or baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle oil over broccoli.
  4. Sprinkle with salt.
  5. Roast broccoli for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir and roast for 5 more minutes.
  7. Squeeze lemon wedge over broccoli and serve.
