Chermoula marinade Yield 1 cup (enough for 4 fish portions)
Ingredients
- ½ cup parsley leaves, packed
- ½ cup cilantro leaves, packed
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp Harissa (substitute: Sriracha or other hot sauce)
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the food processor and puree until smooth.
